Dutch chip supplier Nexperia is facing a new challenge as its Chinese owner, Wingtech Technology, takes the company to court in a bid to regain control. The Dutch government and an Amsterdam court suspended Wingtech's control over Nexperia in October 2025, citing national security concerns. Now, Wingtech is pushing back, launching a lawsuit against Nexperia in a bid to restore its ownership and management of the company.
