In a major expansion of its global lineup, Jeep has announced plans to bring several new models to the Australian market. The most significant addition is the electric Recon, an all-electric off-road vehicle set to be imported from the United States. The Recon is expected to be a key player in Jeep's push towards electrification, offering a unique blend of zero-emissions capability and rugged off-road performance. Additionally, Jeep will be launching a Chinese-built plug-in hybrid midsize SUV, which is expected to offer a more affordable and fuel-efficient alternative to its existing petrol-powered models.
