Korean automaker Kia is gearing up to make a significant splash in the North American pickup truck market. The company has set ambitious targets, aiming to sell a whopping 90,000 pickups annually in the region by 2034, and capture a substantial 7 percent of the highly competitive midsize pickup segment. This move signals Kia's increasing presence in a market dominated by established players such as Ford, Chevrolet, and Ram. As Kia's Stinger and Telluride models have already demonstrated the brand's capabilities in terms of design and performance, the upcoming pickup trucks are expected to bring a fresh, feature-rich alternative to the table, potentially disrupting the status quo in the midsize pickup market.
