In a bid to accelerate its electric vehicle (EV) adoption in Europe, Japanese automaker Nissan is set to boost its battery-electric vehicle (BEV) lineup on the continent. The company has announced that the highly anticipated electric Juke will soon join a growing roster of eco-friendly options, including the popular Leaf, the stylish Ariya, and a small hatchback based on the Renault Micra. Additionally, a minicar inspired by the Renault Twingo will also be part of the expanded lineup, catering to a broader range of customers and further solidifying Nissan's commitment to a sustainable future in the European automotive market. As the European Union continues to push for a carbon-neutral transportation sector, Nissan's move is seen as a strategic response to the growing demand for environmentally friendly vehicles.
