New fast-charging electric vehicle stations are being installed across the state, with a focus on expanding access in southern Colorado. The initiative, backed by state funding, aims to address growing demand for charging infrastructure as electric vehicle adoption rises. Six of the 35 new locations will be strategically placed in the southern region to support drivers in less densely served areas. The expansion reflects broader efforts to reduce emissions and improve convenience for electric vehicle owners.
