The two companies will collaborate on the development and production of a new Opel electric SUV, marking a major step forward in their joint venture. As part of this agreement, Stellantis will also increase production capacity at its Spanish manufacturing facility, enabling the company to meet growing demand for its EV offerings. By integrating purchasing operations, the joint venture aims to reduce costs and improve efficiency, making its electric vehicles more competitive in the market.
