The "Hypercar" or "Supercar" argument that exists in every car comment section is the same. Those terms were created by marketing people for views. They needed new words to sell vehicles besides sports car, exotic car, etc.

They needed new words to sell vehicles besides sports car, exotic car, etc. I'm sure they are laughing at all of us debating about what qualifies as a super duper extra fantastic (insert adjective) car. It's all just made up and subjective. For some reason people have a strong opinion about artificial categories for cars that they will probably never own. I guess it's a need for some people to categorize everything into a neat little box, but they make good OCD meds to help with that these days. I know that's what Reddit is for, to give opinions and agree/disagree, but maybe argue about things that actually matter in this world right now.
