Volvo is broadening its connected safety features to include more of its electric vehicle models, enhancing real-time collision detection and emergency response capabilities. The update allows vehicles to automatically alert authorities and nearby drivers in the event of an accident, even when occupants are unresponsive. This expansion builds on existing safety technologies designed to minimize severe injuries and fatalities. Drivers of compatible models will now benefit from an additional layer of protection during critical moments on the road.
